TownHouse - Monte San Martino

A beautiful house in a historic center with frescoed ceilings and other beautiful details; All the existing openings have been maintained with small touches and recovery of the plaster on the façade overlooking the public street. Construction of a swimming pool with an amazing view of the Sibillini mountains. The entrance to the house is in the village but when you exit on the other side we are in the countryside, with a unique view and no obstructions whatsoever

Casa Bore

Steve and Anna got A ruin that we have left as much as possible unchanged on the outside but we have equipped every comfort inside with a lot of modernity and linearity. The exterior doesn't hint at the interior finishes and this creates a nice feeling when you finally enter.

La Rossa -Belmonte Piceno

For  Toby and Alice we just removed the old plaster from the house which is now shown with all the original bricks and openings; Inside, the owners have chosen an industrial quartz floor which, due to its formal neutrality, can accommodate any type of finish, colour and furnishing style; The property is about 5000 square meters, completely fenced, with a swimming pool, a pool's house and sprinkler system and enjoys an uninterrupted view of the Sibillini Mountains and all the surrounding countryside at 360 °

Fonte Amata

Tgis property has been transformed from a jumble of buildings built over time without a guideline but exclusively to meet the needs of those who cultivated the land attached to the property. The project involved the reuse of the existing volumes, therefore without any volumetric increase but giving unity of style and updating the property to current standards and to the new use that is to be made of it
