I manage their design, construction, finish work and on-budget/on-time delivery. My work places me in the role of hands-on consultant, leading a team of professionals covering the full range of tradespeople, designers and others needed to get the job done right.
In Italy the "Geometra" has a broad range of skills and responsabilities which in Northern & Western Europe are delivered by individual disciplines as architecture, civil engeneering, building and land surveying and technical direction.
